Ingredients:
• 6 La Herencia Medjool Dates
• 6 teaspoons of peanut butter or almonds
• Chopped walnuts or almonds (optional)
• 100 g dark chocolate
Preparation:
- Carefully open the dates and remove the pits.
- Fill each one with a teaspoon of peanut butter or an almond.
- Optionally, add chopped nuts inside.
- Melt chocolate and coat each date.
- Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy!
Tip: Ideal as a healthy snack or energy-boosting dessert.
Ingredients:
• La Herencia Medjool Dates (as desired)
• Unsalted butter
• Coarse or flaked sea salt
Preparation:
- Slice dates in half and remove the pits.
- Spread each half with a bit of soft butter.
- Sprinkle with sea salt flakes.

Ingredients:
• 15 La Herencia Medjool Dates
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• Water (as needed)
Preparation:
- Blend pitted dates with a little water to create a paste (date jam).
- In a bowl, mash the banana and add oats and cinnamon.
- Shape small cookies and make a small indent in the center.
- Fill each with date jam.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C or 356°F.
Tip: No added sugar. Great for kids and nutritious breakfasts.
